Founder Dan Dudas

For more than sixty years, Dan Dudas dedicated his life to building this company with integrity, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. His vision, leadership, and belief in people transformed an idea into a trusted organization rooted in hard work, accountability, and respect. Dan believed success was measured not only by growth, but by the relationships built, the standards upheld, and the people empowered along the way.
Under Dan’s leadership, TMI developed a culture defined by excellence, mentorship, and purpose. His guidance and generosity shaped countless careers and left a lasting impact on associates, partners, and clients alike. Those who worked with him experienced firsthand his dedication to quality, fairness, and continuous improvement—values that became the foundation of the organization and extended well beyond the workplace into the broader community.

Dan passed away at age 91. As we honor his passing, TMI remains committed to carrying forward the legacy he built. Guided by our mission- “TMI exists to elevate Aerospace and Defense organizations through proposal excellence, technical leadership, and institutional capability‑building.
